Park It // Validation Programs

The City Parking Office administers several parking programs, which can provide parking solutions to customers, employers, employees, and students.

i-Park Card
The i-Park Card is a prepaid card that eliminates the need for cash and check payments. Participants receive a 20% discount when spending at least $20. Please click here for more information.

Park & Shop
The Park & Shop program is designed to serve downtown businesses and their customers. Booklets of 50 stickers can be purchased by downtown businesses for $15.00. Each sticker covers the cost of one hour of parking with a maximum use of three stickers per ticket. Park & Shop stickers can be used in any city garage and are valid during regular business hours.

Student Parking
The student parking program is designed specifically for students who attend class in the downtown area. Please click here for more information.

Star Park
Star Park allows businesses to validate their customer's parking for between one and eight hours and receive a 50% discount off the first hour of parking. Each additional hour is charged at the regular rate. The cost for a business to establish this validation program is $60.00. Merchants are invoiced for the total dollar amount of all redeemed tickets bearing their stamp, less a 50% discount on the first hour of parking on each ticket. Star Park stamps are valid at all city owned garages during regular business hours.
